Attendance
Bonus
oHHA’s
are eligible for a bonus every month when they work the required
number of hours.
oMust
be present for supervisory visits, and must not have any call-offs,
cancellations, no-shows, or late paperwork to be eligible.
oThe
bonus is calculated monthly and is based on the cancellation and
payroll reports.
o$50 is paid for working 130 or more hours, $30 is paid for working 100 or more hours, and $15
is paid for working 50 hours or more per month.

be eligible, the referred HHA must work a successful 90 days and at
least 120 hours as well as receive a good evaluation in order for
the bonus to be received.
