To: Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Must
be a high school graduate, or completed a GED.
-
A
person who has successfully completed a state established or
other training program that meets the requirements of S
484.369(a) and a competency evaluation program, or show two-year
experience in hospital, home care, or nursing home setting or
state tested CNA.

Is
at least 18 years of age.
-
Possesses
and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
-
Has
ability to read and follow written instructions and document
care given.

Has
satisfactory references from previous employers.
-
Is
self-directing with the ability to work with little direct
supervision.
-
Has
empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and the
impaired.
-
Is
flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.
-
Demonstrates
tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
-
Has
access to reliable source of transportation.
-
Pass
written skill test with 85%, CNA’s/HHA’s that work in home
care must pass skills competency.
