To: Director of Nursing / Designate
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Is
a graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational
program.

Has
three years nursing experience. Community/home health care
or medical/surgical experience is preferred.

Is
currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse in the state of
Ohio.

Complies
with accepted professional standards and practices.

Possesses
and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Has
presented a pre-employment physician's health clearance
including a negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as
required by Organization policy.

Must
have access to reliable source of transportation.
